Work at Retro Saguramo is actively progressing, and the project is in a significant development phase. Currently, the development of sidewalks and roads is underway across the entire perimeter. Simultaneously, landscaping of the recreational zone and the second phase of construction for the event space are progressing.
The complex is already fully equipped with essential engineering infrastructure, creating a comfortable and safe environment for residents. Underground utilities, a common water reservoir for uninterrupted water supply, a drainage system, and individual sewage septic tanks for each plot are provided. Additionally, a landscaped park and a multifunctional event space are already available. The project’s development continues with the goal of making Retro Saguramo a fully developed residential environment, tailored to modern standards.
