Currently, the development of sidewalks and roads is underway across the entire perimeter. Simultaneously, landscaping of the recreational zone and the second phase of construction for the event space are progressing.<\/p>\n\n<p>The complex is already fully equipped with essential engineering infrastructure, creating a comfortable and safe environment for residents. Underground utilities, a common water reservoir for uninterrupted water supply, a drainage system, and individual sewage septic tanks for each plot are provided. Additionally, a landscaped park and a multifunctional event space are already available.
