When developing the concept for Retro Saguramo, our primary goal was to offer residents an exceptional standard of living while fully preserving the balance between the architecture we created and the existing natural environment.
Instead of dense development, we opted for open space here – less construction, more tranquility. That is why the project includes only 10 homes, offering each family more personal space and comfort.
Each house has an independent street-side entrance, and the inner courtyard connects to a landscaped 2100 sq.m. park. The recreational zone features children’s and relaxation areas, as well as walking paths. An event hall is located in the heart of the park, a space for celebrating holidays or friendly gatherings. Each resident becomes a co-owner of the park in proportion to their plot, which gives the space even more special significance.
One of the project’s main values is its ecological approach. All engineering communications are located underground, each plot has its own sewage system, and the settlement is provided with a common water reservoir, ensuring a continuous and stable supply.
Villas are delivered in a green frame condition, with a completed exterior facade. Each house features a landscaped yard and a finished pool, transforming the space into a peaceful and comfortable environment.
Each plot of land is enclosed by a concrete fence, providing additional security and privacy. Paved sidewalks and a lighting system are installed along the outer perimeter, making the area a functional and aesthetically organized space.
